“DOP Chianti Classico”.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil “DOP Chianti Classico” is made with the most widespread varieties of olives of Chianti region.

It is distinguished by an intense and fruity aroma with hints of herbs. The taste is very strong and slightly spicy with a hint of artichoke. It has a bright golden yellow color. By smelling it you can perceive a pleasant fruity fragrance with artichokes and cut grass scents. It has a rich and intense taste with high notes of spicy and bitter.

Its deep taste makes it perfect on several mediterranean dishes, such as legumes soup, vegetables and red and white meat and fish.

Ingredients: 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil.

Olive varieties: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino e Correggiolo.
