“Grand Cru Coltofranto”.

The extra virgin olive oil “Grand Cru Coltofranto” Morettini, is named in this way after the innovative procedure of olives harvest: they are picked (“colte”) and immediately pressed (“frante”). We are talking about 10,000 plants processed in 6 hours and immediately pressed into one single batch. This olive oil is a niche product of the highest quality made in Morettini farm (in particular from the olive grove located at Lucignano 400m a.s.l.). It is characterized by low acidity (0,13) and high polyphenolic charge.

Its deep taste makes it perfect on several mediterranean dishes, such as legumes soup, vegetables and red and white meat and fish.

Olive varieties: Moraiolo, Arbequina Toscana.
