Purchasing by credit or prepaid card is an absolutely safe transaction thanks to innovative fraud protection systems. The credit card data will be handled exclusively by the payment system.
In case of order cancellation or return we will refund the payment method used.
PayPal
Payment is allowed using your PayPal account and the related payment methods associated with it. If you want to pay via PayPal, you will have to enter the e-mail address and password for your PayPal account and then make the payment. The data will be used exclusively by PayPal.
In case of cancellation of the order or return, the amount paid will be re-credited through PayPal in the payment method used.
Amazon Pay
Payment is allowed using your Amazon account and the related payment methods associated with it. If you want to pay via Amazon Pay, you will have to enter the e-mail address and password for your Amazon account and then make the payment. The data will be used exclusively by Amazon.
In case of cancellation of the order or return, the amount paid will be credited back through Amazon to the payment method used.
Bank Transfer
In the event that you choose to pay for the goods by bank transfer, the order will be processed only upon confirmation of receipt of the transfer. Payment must be made within 3 working days following the date of the order, after which the order will be canceled. The purpose of the transfer requires the indication of the date of purchase, the order number and the customer's name and surname. It is also advisable to send the CRO number by e-mail via the address [email protected] so that any delays in crediting do not cause the cancellation of the order.

On the KingoFood website a points collection is in progress that allows you to generate a Coupon to be used on the site.
For every € 1 spent on the www.kingofood.com website, 1 point is assigned which corresponds to a discount of € 0.20. On the page of each product, in the cart and in the order summary, you can view the points that are accumulated and the discount to which they correspond.
The points are accumulated in the customer account and are not transferable to others. By accessing the site, you can view your points balance at any time.
The minimum points to generate a discount coupon are 100.
The minimum order amount to take advantage of the discount voucher is € 200. The validity period of the voucher once generated is 60 days.
