In the “Gli Stagionati” Box there are some of the best cured meats produced in Tuscany: ranging from PGI Finocchiona, Tuscan Capocollo, Cured Pork Loin and Tuscan Pork Jowl (Guanciale), to finish with one of our best cheeses: “Il Grottarolo”, a pecorino produced in Tuscany aged in cave.
