“Traccia” - Blanche.

“Traccia” - Blanche is a craft beer produced in Tuscany. Inspired by the Belgian blanche with a light opaque color, given by wheat that goes well with our malt. Lightly used German hops, expertly spiced, for a fragrant and fresh beer with a slightly acidic finish. Very refreshing.

 

Size: 75 cl.

Alcohol content: 4,5%.

Temperature: 7° C - 9° C.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops, yeast, sugar. Agricultural craft beer, unpasteurized, refermented in the bottle. The slight presence of sediments is a characteristic of the handmade product.

Ideal with: Perfect for summer aperitifs based on fresh vegetables, pizza, pasta with pesto, cheeses, fish, omelettes and tempures.
