“Rovina” - Golden Ale.

“Rovina” - Golden Ale is a craft beer produced in Tuscany. Inspired by English golden ales, golden in color with self-produced Slovenian/British malt and hops. It offers aromas of fresh and citrusy flowers that blend with the malty notes of the barley grown on the farm. On the palate it gives sweetness that relieves thirst with a dry finish.

 

Size: 75 cl.

Alcohol content: 5%.

Temperature: 7° C - 9° C.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops, yeast, sugar. Agricultural craft beer, unpasteurized, refermented in the bottle. The slight presence of sediments is a characteristic of the handmade product.

Ideal with: Pizza, fried, fish, pasta, white meats, cheeses. It goes perfectly with light and not too fatty dishes and is perfect for a tasty and refreshing aperitif.
