A ragù with hare meat ready for pasta, with an ancient and traditional taste prepared with selected meat cooked slowly with fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs.
Intense flavor typical of game meat; strong smell typical of game; red color typical of the tomato; thick consistency typical of sauces with a high concentration of meat.
Loved by everyone, this ragù goes perfectly with a pasta dish, for example with our Pappardelle, and is therefore perfect to serve to all lovers of strong flavors and game.
How to use: remove the lid and heat in a bain-marie or in a microwave oven. Then pour over the pasta. Dose for 3/4 people.
