Tuscan Pâté.

Intense flavor typical of chicken liver accompanied by the aroma of anchovy and caper paste, intense aroma, gray/brown color, thick consistency with small pieces of liver.

It is advisable to taste the hot product and add a little broth to the dough in the measure of two tablespoons for 90 g of product. According to tradition, the bread must be lightly toasted in the oven and soaked on one side in the hot broth. On the other side, pour the heated mixture.

Ingredients: Chicken liver, capers in brine (capers, water, salt), extra virgin olive oil, anchovy paste (95% anchovies, salt, sunflower oil), parsley, onion, salt, wine vinegar.
