Duck Meat Sauce.
Refined, unusual, perfect for a different meal: here is the Duck Meat Sauce, made with over 60% of fine duck meat in full compliance with the ancient Tuscan recipe. This sauce is ideal for seasoning artisan pasta dishes. As a pasta shape, you can combine what you prefer: Pappardelle, Pici or Tagliatelle, as long as they are very rough to hold the Duck Ragù.
How to use: remove the lid and heat in a bain-marie or in a microwave oven. Then pour over the pasta. Dose for 3/4 people.
