Cold Chain Guaranteed With Isothermal Packaging

“Arrone” - Buccelletti.

“Arrone” is a vintage wine with a fruity flavor and a fresh, lightly tannic finish, ideal throughout the meal from start to finish. It is made from a blend of Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes. The grapes are selected and picked by hand then placed in crates. After follows the pressing and stripping, the grapes are placed in steel vats for about two days where the undergo crio-maceration at low temperatures. The temperature is then set to 25-26 °C, fermentation ensues with frequent plunging and racking.

After about 20 days, the wine is drawn-off and the skins are pressed, accurately separated and processed. The wine is then aged in steel for six months followed by further two months in the bottle.

In the glass it has a brilliant ruby red color. The olfactory profile is vinous and intense, with hints of cherry and strawberry. The taste is characterized by a young and fresh taste, slightly tannic.

Ideal with cold cuts, white meats and fresh cheeses.
