The care and attention paid to all production processes, respect for traditions and at the same time continuous updating have allowed us to always satisfy the expectations of our customers, who have known us for years and show us their appreciation with their loyalty. All this is possible thanks to rigorous controls on production, to a careful selection of raw materials, to the precise dosages of the recipes, to a staff of people who follow every step with obsessive precision, up to the processing of the finished product for consumers. And it is on these people that the company aims to reach new goals: staff training. Those who deal with sales rather than production will in fact have the opportunity to refine their working techniques, specializing in their area of expertise. The result? High quality products, synonymous with freshness and authenticity.
Fabio transmits to his brother Gianni that same passion and that art that will lead the Fabio and Gianni brand to be appreciated throughout the Arezzo area. Fabio and Gianni, with their enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit, managed to transmit team spirit and passion for the work carried out with the utmost attention to detail to their employees as well. For almost twenty years, the Fabio and Gianni pastry shops have been offering sweets and pastry specialties from the Tuscan land at the highest level of quality, with artisanal processing methods that keep the original aromas and taste unaltered. The tradition continues. In the modern laboratory we are able to make you taste the typical seasonal sweets, modern pastries and cakes with personalized decorations for your most beautiful parties. We participate every year in the event held in Arezzo "The Chocolate Factory" of which we are very happy to mention as it is making us famous at the level of chocolatiers.
