“Lo Spaventapasseri” 500 ml.
“Lo Spaventapasseri” is a Tuscan extra virgin olive oil that comes from about 3 hectares of olive groves in which there are 800 plants, located between 400-700 m in the hills of Arezzo.
The varieties of olive trees present in the land are the native Tuscan ones: frantoio, leccino and moraiolo.
The olive harvest takes place from the beginning of October to the end of November and they are pressed within 24 hours of harvesting with the cold extraction method.
This allows to obtain an excellent extra virgin olive oil of superior quality certified IGP from Tuscany, with an intense green to golden yellow color, with a fruity smell, accompanied by the aroma of almond, artichoke, ripe fruit, green leaf.
There are marked and balanced notes of bitter and spicy.
Size: 500 ml.

Olive varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo.
