To best enjoy this product it is advisable to remove it from the fridge a few minutes before consumption, so as to allow it to cool and soften. Small and tasty also in shape, these sliced wild boar sausages open to the palate, especially if accompanied by a nice glass of Tuscan red.
The taste of Wild Boar Sausage is very distinctive, intense and fragrant, a delight for all lovers of cured meats produced with game. At the same time it also lends itself to accompanying croutons with creams and vegetable paté such as zucchini, artichokes, olives, porcini mushrooms and perhaps truffles.
