Cinta Senese PDO Ham (Prosciutto).
The Cinta Senese is an authentic wild breed of pig characterized by the dark, almost black color of the skin, the bristles of the body and the head, with the exception of a pink stripe (a “belt”), in the front, which also affects the paws.
A very different flavor compared to the classic pork, with unique characteristics. One of the biggest differences is the added value present in the fat, completely different from that of the much softer white pig.
