Chianina Meat Bresaola.

Bresaola is a cured meat obtained with an artisanal manufacturing process carried out on selected cuts of Chianino beef fillet.

The refined Chianino beef, from which excess fat is removed, is subjected to a process of surface salting and constant massage with the addition of characteristic aromas.

After salting, which lasts at least 15 days, the meat is subjected to a drying and seasoning process.

Once cured, the bresaola has a firm but elastic consistency, the bright red slices are savored thinly with the addition of lemon oil in order to enhance its delicate aroma.

 

Size: 700 g. Vacuum packed product. The weight can undergo slight variations.

Ingredients: PGI adult beef white calf of the Central Apennines of the Chianina breed, salt, pepper, garlic, natural flavors, dextrose, antioxidant: E 301, preservatives: E 250, E 252.

How to store: Store in the fridge between 0° C - +4° C.

Average expiry: 120 days.
