“Cantuccini” With Almonds.
“Cantucci” are the typical Tuscan dessert, produced according to a traditional and ancient recipe. Prepared with selected ingredients, eggs, almonds, honey and flour, they are excellent to combine with a good glass of Tuscan “vin santo”.

Ingredients: Type “0” black grain flour, sugar, pasteurized egg, almonds (23.7%), hazelnut flour, candied orange (fresh orange peel, glucose fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, extra virgin olive oil, aroma: vanillin.

“Panzuppo” is a Tuscan dessert produced by the Fabio E Gianni pastry shop. Its shape, the slow natural leavening and the presence of raisins make it similar to the milanese panettone, but the main difference lies in the wetting inside, made up of water, sugar and fortified wine which gives it its characteristic aroma and flavor.
